TIMBERLAND BALM PROOFER ALL PURPOSE PROTECTOR Description: We want you to get dirty, that's why we created our Timberland® product care line to clean and protect your footwear. Our water-based Balm Proofer™ XL all purpose protector restores water / stain repellency to our waterproof footwear and apparel and protects against stains caused by salt and oil. Ideal for most types of footwear, clothing and accessories. Contains Bitrex® to prevent accidental ingestion. 6.76 fl. oz. Imported. Instructions: Surface must be clean and dry before application. Spray product evenly from a distance of 6-8 inches until entire surface is thoroughly covered. Do not spot protect as it may cause slight shade variances. After 1-2 minutes, gently wipe entire surface with a clean damp cloth to remove any excess liquid and prevent drips from spotting. Blow dry using a warm setting or tumble dry garments separately according to care instructions. Or, allow to air dry completely. Gently brush suede and nubuck products with our Rubber Sole Brush or our Suede Brush to restore the color and raise the nap. Re-apply product at first signs of diminished repellency. Test on a small inconspicuous area before applying the full application, as some colors may darken. Materials: For use on all fabrics and leathers except for those items labeled "Dry Clean Only".
