We ship your order directly from our shops in Burgos (Spain).

We try to give the best service to our customers, not only in the product but also in the shipments, therefore Calzados Vesga trusts MRW, SEUR and CORREOS to deliver their orders to the customer in Spain.

For deliveries to Europe, shipments are made by SEUR and CORREOS.

For shipments to America, Asia and Oceania, Calzados Vesga relies on CORREOS INTERNACIONAL.

SHIPPING

It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. Thus, if the box is open or if the appearance of the packaging raises doubts or suspicions about violations to the inviolability of the product, the customer should not receive it, immediately notifying "CALZADOS VESGA" through the contact email info@calzadosvesga.com.

Customer orders to be sent to a country outside the European Union, or to those destinations with special customs (Canary Islands) may involve the payment of import duties and taxes as well as handling fees, which will be charged at the time the package arrives at its destination. All additional amounts derived from customs duties will be paid by the customer, and may be fixed, percentage, or the sum of the two previous ones, and are calculated according to the regulations of each country.

Free shipping depends on the area to which the order is shipped:

  • Peninsular Spain: For purchases over 70 euros. Using the delivery service in 24/48 working hours.
  • Portugal: For purchases over 70 euros. Using the delivery service in 24/48 working hours.
  • Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands: For purchases over 300 euros.
  • International Shipments: No free shipping

Shipping costs depend on the area to which the order is sent and the shipping service selected:

  • Peninsular Spain:
    • 4,99 € by MRW. Using the 24/48 working hours delivery service.
    • 30€ by MRW. Using the guaranteed delivery service before 10 a.m. on the next working day.
    • 43€ by MRW. Using the guaranteed delivery service on Saturday before 12 noon.
  • Portugal: 4,99 € by MRW. Using the 24/48 working hours delivery service.
  • Balearic Islands: 19,95 € for the first pair, from the second pair onwards 3,99 € more for each additional pair, by MRW using the 24/48 working hours delivery service.
  • Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands: 25 € for the first pair, from the second pair onwards 3,99 € more for each additional pair.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Peninsular Spain and Portugal: between 24 and 48 hours from confirmation of payment, provided that the order is placed between Monday and Thursday or 48 hours before a public holiday. If the order is placed between Friday and Sunday or less than 48 hours before a public holiday, delivery will be made within 24 - 48 working hours after the Sunday or public holiday.
  • Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands: 3-6 working days.
  • Europe: 5-15 working days.
  • Rest of zones: 5-35 working days.

Delivery in 24/48 working hours:

With 24/48 working hours delivery you will receive your order the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) as long as you have placed your order before 14:30.

Delivery 24/48 working hours will only apply to orders sent to addresses in mainland Spain (this service does not include deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor to all orders paid cash on delivery or by bank transfer).

This delivery time starts to be effective from the moment the payment is received, the order is processed in our warehouses and the goods are shipped.

Delivery within 24/48 working hours applies to orders placed before 14:30. After this time, delivery will be made within two working days. Your order may no longer be available for delivery within 24 hours if you cancel a product or change the delivery address.

Remaining delivery times:

Delivery times begin to be effective from the moment payment is received, the order is processed in our warehouses and the goods are dispatched, however, for orders placed after 14:30 hours (GTM +1) the delivery time will begin to count from the next working day. Delivery times may increase if you cancel a product or change the delivery address after the order has been placed.

Please note that shipments are handled by third parties, so the delivery times specified are for guidance only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorisations or exceptional transport conditions (exceptional weather conditions, strikes, etc.). Furthermore, orders cannot be redirected once the items have been dispatched. All orders placed during the holiday period in our warehouses, regardless of their destination, may be subject to a delay in delivery times.

RETURN

When you purchase an item on our website, you have a period of 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the goods at home to exchange it for another item/size or to return it.

Instructions for making a return:

  1. Request a return or exchange from www.calzadosvesga.com: Access the details of your order from your user panel or from the link we send you in the confirmation email. Select the items you wish to return and indicate the reasons and method of return.
    1. Customer Managed Returns: by selecting this method it is the customer who chooses and pays for the carrier to deliver the goods from their home to our shop.
    2. Returns managed by Calzados Vesga (only for orders placed in mainland Spain): For only 4.99€. Calzados Vesga is responsible for sending the carrier to collect the package from the customer's home.
  2. Packing the package: Put the items and the return slip inside the box. Stick the new label on the outside in a visible place. Don't forget to remove the old label if you are using the original packaging.
  3. Sending the package: If you have chosen to manage the return yourself, you can send the package with the courier of your choice. On the other hand, if you have chosen Calzados Vesga, hand the package to the courier when he comes to collect it.
  4. Refund: As soon as we receive the item you will receive a confirmation message. We will verify the correct condition of the items and proceed to refund the money using the same payment method you selected to place your order. If you have placed your order using the "Cash on Delivery" payment method, you will need to provide us with an account number so that we can transfer the funds.

PACKAGING

At Calzados Vesga we ship your order safely and securely in suitable packaging.

For deliveries within mainland Spain, the items are sent in their original packaging. For greater protection of orders, Calzados Vesga uses another larger outer box as a second security measure.

For international shipments and for shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, the items are shipped without their original box. The footwear is packed properly protected, inside a padded envelope so that the items arrive in optimal conditions of use and without suffering any type of deterioration.
